The PADI Seal Team course teaches responsibility and respect for the underwater world, as well as looking out for yourself and your buddy underwater. The course includes five dives, called AquaMissions 1 to 5. These dives cover basic scuba diving skills such as breathing underwater, clearing a mask of water, recovering a regulator and swimming around experiencing the sensation of being weightless.

Complete all five AquaMissions and become a recognised PADI Seal Team Member. Once you're a Seal Team Member you can continue into more advanced AquaMissions and earn your Master Seal Team rating!

To sign up to the PADI Seal Team course, your child must

• Be 8 years or older
• Be comfortable in and around a swimming pool (although there is no need to be a very strong swimmer)
• Complete a medical declaration (and seek medical clearance where necessary)
