Junior Trip – Vobster Quay

Date – 12th April 2019

Location – Vobster Quay

Qualification – (Junior) Open Water Diver

Tags – Shore, Junior, Guided

Before heading straight to the sea it’s always a good idea to have a ‘warm up’ at a local inland dive site, so we’re going to be heading to Vobster for a day during the Easter school holidays. Join us for a couple of dives to get back into open water after a Winter of pool diving, and make sure you’re ready for more sea diving later in the year.

Each dive day will be charged at £40 per person, which is a big reduction on our regular kit hire and guiding prices for adults.
To sign your child up for a trip you can simply email, call or speak to me at a Junior Club pool session and I’ll get them added to the event.
For anyone joining us for trips in 2019, I will need an updated set of paperwork. This includes a self-declaration medical form, and any ‘Yes’ answers on the medical form must be accompanied by signed medical clearance from a doctor before we are able to take part in any dives.
Cost Includes – All kit hire including wetsuits & air fills. Also includes a professional dive guide.
Not Included – Travel to dive locations, entrance fee / boat fee, parking at dive location, plus food & drink.

How to join

Our dive club membership runs annually and is renewed every January.

To sign up for the dive club all you need to do is submit a trip liability form along with your club membership fee of £35.

You will receive a short questionnaire which asks about your diving qualifications and important information like emergency contact details, and then you’re signed up.

Updates are sent out through email, and you will have access to our members-only Facebook group which is ideal for arranging dives with other club members.
